Returns, exchanges & refunds

Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within [14] days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, [innerwear and socks must be unopened and sealed].

To start a return, email [your email] with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–7] working days of us receiving the item. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
